ABOUT THE BRAND
ElevateED is a mission-driven business dedicated to supporting educators in creating sustainable, joyful, and effective workplaces. They offer leadership coaching and workshops designed to help educators rediscover their passion for teaching while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. ElevateED works with schools and organizations to address challenges such as burnout, ineffective communication, and leadership skill gaps. Through personalized 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, and team workshops, they aim to foster a positive staff culture where performance and well-being go hand in hand
Founder Tim Schwarz came to me looking to refresh his coaching business and brand. He wanted to create an experience for his ideal clients that inspires them at every touchpoint of his business. The emphasis was on igniting change, and creating work-life balance for educators of all levels. We landed on a clean, simple and colorful design the elevates and uplifts.
